    Aviral Jain | Co-Head and Managing Director | Duff and Phelps

    Aviral Jain is the co-head and managing director in the Restructuring Advisory Services practice and serves as the city leader for Duff & Phelps’ New Delhi office. Aviral joined Duff & Phelps through the firm’s acquisition of American Appraisal. He is a financial advisory professional with about 15 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance and restructuring mandates. His experience includes valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets including intellectual property, and financial instruments. He has also advised clients for transactions involving domestic and cross-border M&A, restructuring of distressed assets, insolvency and bankruptcy, disputes & litigation, and tax reorganizations. Prior to Duff & Phelps, Aviral worked with the Corporate Finance practice of KPMG and was responsible for the management of the firm’s valuation practice in North India. He has also worked with the Financial Advisory Services practice of Deloitte early in his career.




    Gandharv Jain | Partner | Finvox Analytics

    Gandharv Jain is Co-founder and Partner at Finvox Analytics. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Registered Valuer with IBBI under Asset class - Securities or Financial Assets. He has over 12 years of experience performing business valuations including ve years stint in the corporate nance practices of Ernst & Y oung and KPMG. He has performed a variety of valuation and consulting engagements including valuations of complex instruments, operating businesses, investment holding companies, non-controlling interests, purchase price allocations, valuation modeling for mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate nance consulting engagements across sectors. His technical skills include the valuation of complex capital structures through the application of option pricing models to determine relevant share class values. He is very procient in nancial modeling. He has helped clients in arranging equity and debt nancing and been in advisory role in various merger and acquisition transactions. He has also performed due-diligences on various targets including start-up’s on behalf of Venture Capital Funds. Gandharv has been a speaker at various summits and seminars organized by ICAI Registered V aluer Organisation, Regional Councils of ICAI and study circles at various locations.



    Karan Kalra | Founder | Bombay Law Chambers

    Karan is the founder of Bombay Law Chambers and has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, having worked in house as well as with one of Indian most prestigious law firm Nishith Desai Associates, where along with being a leader of the M&A and PE practices, he also led the banking and financial services vertical.  His practice focuses largely on domestic and cross border venture capital and private equity transactions, M&As, JVs and structured finance along with providing regulatory and general corporate advice. Karan works across sectors and has domain expertise in financial services, technology, e-commerce, healthcare, renewables and core manufacturing.     REFUND POLICY

    General Event Registration Refund Policy

    1. If canceled between four and two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded
    2. All refunds are subject to a $50.00USD administrative fee. If canceled up to four weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded
    3. No refund is given if canceled within two weeks of the event
    4. Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to register@i-dealsnetwork.com with valid reasons

    Event Cancellation or Postponement

    1. Should an Event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I-DEALS will endeavour to process a full refund within 90 days of such circumstances becoming known.
    2. Should there be a need to delay the event or change in dates due to unforeseen reasons, please be assured that your ticket will be valid on the new date or exchangeable for any forthcoming event or workshops organised by I-Deals Network. No refund will be applicable in this case.
