This is acknowledged by the leading roles that he held in Delloite- Indonesia, UBS - Indonesia, Credit Suisse - Singapore, etc. His track record for success to clients is exemplery. He is the founder of and holds a license as a Certified Public Business Valuer from The Ministry of Finance, Indonesia and is registered with Bapepam. Rao is the Managing Partner of KJPP RAO, YUHAL & Rekan, a registered Public Appraiser in Indonesia.



    Ashish McLaren | Director | Duff & Phelps

    Ashish provides advisory services to his clients with regards their mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, purchase price allocation (PPA) exercises, portfolio valuation, asset impairment reviews and other financial reporting valuations.

    Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in November 2015, Ashish was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore for 8 and ½ years in their valuation practice and has advised leading corporates as well as private equity players in the M&A and reporting requirements. Previously, he had experience in India working with leading corporates – Escotel Mobile (now Idea Cellular) and Bharti Airtel – as well as with financial advisors – Lazard and Deloitte.

    Eddi is Chief Executive Officer of Mandiri Capital Indonesia (MCI), the corporate venture capital subsidiary of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. MCI aims to provide equity funding for regional start-ups, with focus on the fintech sector.

    Eddi has more than 20 years’ working experience in various sectors, including financial services (at Morgan Stanley, AXA, and Makara Capital), management consulting (at AT Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton) and consumer goods (at Procter & Gamble), whereby the majority of his work experience was in Singapore.
