Lawrence is the CMO for Vietnam with dual appointment as Senior Vice President, Business Development, responsible for driving external marketing of the iconic and award-winning Vietnam Singapore Industrial Partk and Township in North, South and Central Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia. Richard Eu was appointed to the board as Chairman of the EYSI board on 1st of October 2017. Rick is also a director with Fortress Group, a US-based fund placement agent and oversees their fund placement operations in Asia. Previously, Rick was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank in their Consumer Products and Retail Coverage Group in New York where he called on and worked with corporate and private equity clients globally. Rao is a Proven Expert with approximetely 20 years of experience in Merger & Acquisitions and Capital markets in Indonesia. This is acknowledged by the leading roles that he held in Delloite- Indonesia, UBS - Indonesia, Credit Suisse - Singapore, etc. His track record for success to clients is exemplery. He is the founder of and holds a license as a Certified Public Business Valuer from The Ministry of Finance, Indonesia and is registered with Bapepam. Rao is the Managing Partner of KJPP RAO, YUHAL & Rekan, a registered Public Appraiser in Indonesia.

John spent the last 3 years working in Hydroponics, raising capital for an Emirati based company, for their projects through the mena region. In January of this year, he stepped down from his role and has founded AGR1, with the sole mission to bring hydroponics to Southeast Asia on an industrial scale & to create food security, whilst educating the masses on the importance of water preservation, healthy eating, food security and the benefits hydroponics will create.

Ross joined CDC's Equity Investment Team in 2012.He previously worked in UK private equity for Sovereign Capital, investing in mid-sized companies in the business services and healthcare sectors.

Prior to that, Ross was a strategy consultant with Booz & Company, advising a variety of clients on their major corporate challenges across Asia, Europe and North America. Donald founded ERI & Partners Public Accounting Corporation in 2017 to form an integral part of ERI Organization offering the full spectrum of professional services to its clients.

Donald started his career with KPMG in Singapore and between 2004 and 2014, he was a partner with KPMG Shanghai where he gathered extensive experience in the areas of IPOs, due diligence, audit and deal advisory. His clients included, China Construction Bank, CapitaLand, Temasek and HSBC.

Upon returning to Singapore in 2014, he joined RSM as a partner where he was actively involved in the areas of deal advisory, due diligence and business advisory work.

Yoke Kee is the Executive Vice President in the Group Managing Director’s Office of a public-listed company in Malaysia. He runs the family office and private investment for the founder. 

Yoke Kee Ang has extensive experience as a senior executive in large corporations and is a trusted advisor to patriarchs/families in driving growth, making strategic investments, managing portfolios and starting up greenfield businesses in Southeast Asia and North Asia. 

In his past experience in Softbank, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group and Government Investment Corporation, Yoke Kee has been involved in strategic, operational and investment issues in various industries. He was an instrumental member of the pioneer team from Softbank Emerging Market in San Francisco, a $200m joint venture between SOFTBANK and World Bank’s IFC, that set up its Southeast Asia headquarter in Malaysia. Yoke Kee also played an important role in initiating the $1Bil joint investment with ENGIE in Indonesia. 

Yoke Kee holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and BBA (Honours) from National University of Singapore. He was an ASEAN Scholar and fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese dialects.

A seasonedCFO/M&A Specialist with over 20 years of international experience in Power, Oil and Gas industry. His area of expertise includes Mergers and Acquisitions, new investments and structuring, cost management, business setup, designing corporate policies, financial planning, internal control, risk management, JV operation, system implementation and monitoring of financial performance.

Muneer handled large projects in Geothermal and LNG Development, Oil and Gas exploration, building FPSOs worth several billion dollars.He was also involved in Manufacturing, Construction, Oilfield Services, Offshore, Marine Services, and managed finance operations of companies ranging from startups to large MNCs.

Muneer is currently engaged in building a clean energy portfolio consisting of Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Coal Gasification for a large Indonesian group. He is working with several multinational corporations and investors for participating in various projects.

As a CFO, Muneer managed restructuring and sell-down of one of the largest geothermal concessions in the Philippines for a Singapore based multi-billiondollar Private Equity fund in 2015. In 2016, he raised US$300m and acquired 240MW geothermal project in Indonesia, a 70MW geothermal project in Hungary and negotiated energy related deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Asia and Europe.

Muneer currently the CFO of Fuber International, a company he co-founded to provide M&A advisory and consultant CFO services in Asia. In his professional career, Muneer held various challenging positions such as CFO of KS Orka Renewables, CFO of Orka Energy, Consultant CFO of CFO Centre Asia, Upstream Financial Controller ofInterOil Corporation, Financial Controller of Weatherford International Singapore, Financial Controller of Global Process Systems, and Senior Project Accountant of GMMOS Dubai.

He graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a BA in Law & Economics and is a qualified barrister- at-law. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1995.

His areas of practice are Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Cross Border Commercial Transactions, and Real Estate Transactions.

Aloysius has since 1997 advised on various development and investment projects for property developers, real estate players and hospitality companies in Singapore and the region.

He also advises on cross-border joint ventures and transactions and in the area of mergers and acquisitions of companies. Advising clients on entry strategies into China and investments in China is his current expertise given his network in China. He is actively involved in cross-border corporate, real estate, and investments transactions across China, India, and the ASEAN region.
