Richard Eu was appointed to the board as Chairman of the EYSI board on 1st of October 2017. Yoke Kee is the Executive Vice President in the Group Managing Director’s Office of a public-listed company in Malaysia. He runs the family office and private investment for the founder. 

Yoke Kee Ang has extensive experience as a senior executive in large corporations and is a trusted advisor to patriarchs/families in driving growth, making strategic investments, managing portfolios and starting up greenfield businesses in Southeast Asia and North Asia. 

In his past experience in Softbank, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group and Government Investment Corporation, Yoke Kee has been involved in strategic, operational and investment issues in various industries. He was an instrumental member of the pioneer team from Softbank Emerging Market in San Francisco, a $200m joint venture between SOFTBANK and World Bank’s IFC, that set up its Southeast Asia headquarter in Malaysia. Yoke Kee also played an important role in initiating the $1Bil joint investment with ENGIE in Indonesia. 

Yoke Kee holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and BBA (Honours) from National University of Singapore. He was an ASEAN Scholar and fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese dialects.

Muneer is currently engaged in building a clean energy portfolio consisting of Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Coal Gasification for a large Indonesian group. He is working with several multinational corporations and investors for participating in various projects.

As a CFO, Muneer managed restructuring and sell-down of one of the largest geothermal concessions in the Philippines for a Singapore based multi-billiondollar Private Equity fund in 2015. In 2016, he raised US$300m and acquired 240MW geothermal project in Indonesia, a 70MW geothermal project in Hungary and negotiated energy related deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Asia and Europe.

Muneer currently the CFO of Fuber International, a company he co-founded to provide M&A advisory and consultant CFO services in Asia. In his professional career, Muneer held various challenging positions such as CFO of KS Orka Renewables, CFO of Orka Energy, Consultant CFO of CFO Centre Asia, Upstream Financial Controller ofInterOil Corporation, Financial Controller of Weatherford International Singapore, Financial Controller of Global Process Systems, and Senior Project Accountant of GMMOS Dubai.
