Role & Responsibility
To develop executive training programmes for working professionals, across the industries and across function. Responsible for end to end execution of the project conceptualising, expert sourcing, marketing communication and execution.
Stay abreast with market (regulatory update, economic and financial change) and evaluating training needs
Develop training programmes with comprehensive agenda
Build a good network of experts to facilitate various training programmes
Work closely with sales team and responsible for marketing and promotion activities
Strong project management skills with ability to manage PNL of assigned projects
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Basic working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
Professional experience ranging between 4 – 6 years, domain expertise (conference & Training) at least 2 years.
A management degree is must Commerce & Finance can be an added advantage
